Searching
Door Supervisors will make random searches of customers and their belongings upon entering our premises. In case of females a female member of the security team will undertake this
Drugs
Our Nightclub Management and Door Supervisors take a zero tolerance approach to drug use. Under no circumstances will they permit the use, carrying, or selling of any controlled substances withn the venue. Any persn breaching this rule will be reported to the local police
Violence
Violence or rowdy customers will be refused entry to the venue in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
Persons performing a violent or rowdy act will be asked to leave the opremises and be reported to the local police.
Binge Drinking
We operate several drink promotions, but do not condone binge drinking.
Our staff are trained to refuse drinks to people who appear drunk. Anyone who appears drunk will be asked to leave the premises in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003
Protection of Minors
We operate a 'Challenge 21 Policy'
Anyone who appears under the age of 21 years must produce his or her identification to gain entry
Acceptable Identification - Photo Driving Licence or Passport.
Reduction In Crime
Management and Door Supervisors work closely with the local police and Pubwatch Members to reduce the number od incidents in and around our venues. Our security Supervisors are in contact with all other venues along with the local CCTV operatives. People causing crime will be refused entry from all town venues
CCTV
CCTV is used inside the venue to ensure the safety of the customers and staff is utmost at al times. We also use moving camera operatives within our premises
Reduction Of Noise And Disturbance To Neighbours
Management request that all patrons leaving the premises do so in a quiet and orderly manner to minimise disturbance to local residents.
